You can Use TestSTAT to do PQRS
Psychological testing is a diagnostic procedure that is considered medically necessary if it has an impact on a patient’s plan or care and thus treatment. Currently, the TestSTAT instrument incorporates eight different PQRS measures, six of which are considered by CMS to be cross-cutting measures and thus applicable over many different clinical specialties. Just a few are described below. The TestSTAT report explains in detail what PQRS Measures were given and based on results informs you of what CPT code options you can bill (for $0.01) on your HCFA 1500 form or via your Super Bill for electronic billing. However, you are able to bill for the TestSTAT computer administered testing if you are a psychologist, physician, NP or PA.
The following Table shows you which PQRS measures are covered by the TestSTAT instrument and their applicability to various professions.

The TestSTAT method assesses for the five most common mental disorders in medical populations; i.e., depressive, anxiety, somatoform (now called Illness Anxiety Disorder) , alcohol, and eating disorders. All five of these disorders are especially relevant in pain patients, as they inter-act with pain causing, exacerbating or resulting from pain disorders.
